Processing Aid & Internal Lubricant for PVC Formulations
PA-01-02™ is a specially modified polyolefin-based additive designed to enhance processing and performance in PVC formulations. It functions as a processing aid and internal lubricant, improving pigment and filler dispersion and enabling partial or complete replacement of conventional lubricants.
Key Functions
Increases output:
1. Improves dispersion of pigments and fillers in PVC formulations.
1. Up to 10% on single-screw extruders.
2. Acts as an internal lubricant, enhancing melt flow and processability.
2. Up to 5% on twin-screw extruders.
3. Enables replacement of wax/lubricant and calcium stearate at 50% dosage.
3. Provides up to 100% weight contribution to the polymer matrix, improving price realization for the customer.

0.3% to 0.6% (w/w basis)
(depending on formulation and dosage of replacement products)
Mode of Action
PA-01-02™ acts as an internal lubricant, improving dispersion of fillers and pigments within the polymer matrix.
Application
Add PA-01-02™ during the dry blending stage of the polymer matrix preparation.

Packed in 25 kg PP woven bags
Storage
Store in normal and dry condition, away from moisture. Bag should not be kept open to avoid any contamination.
