Substitute grade of Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE)​

IM-6325 is a substitute grade of Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) , a white powder used primarily as an impact modifier and processing aid for PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) products like pipes, profiles, and fittings, enhancing their toughness, flexibility, weather resistance, and low-temperature performance.

Key Functions

Increases output:

1. Improves dispersion of pigments and fillers in PVC formulations.
1. Up to 10% on single-screw extruders.
2. Acts as an internal lubricant, enhancing melt flow and processability.
2. Up to 5% on twin-screw extruders.
3. Enables replacement of wax/lubricant and calcium stearate at 50% dosage.
3. Provides up to 100% weight contribution to the polymer matrix, improving price realization for the customer.
Compatibility
With wide range of PVC resin (Recycle or Virgin)

Dosage

Same as CPE in the total batch. Exact dosage depends on formulation design, impact requirements, filler loading, and end application.

Mode of Action

PA-01-02™ acts as an internal lubricant, improving dispersion of fillers and pigments within the polymer matrix.

Add PA-01-02™ during the dry blending stage of the polymer matrix preparation.
